G.H. Raisoni University requires identity verification before issuing any credential. Priya enters a 3-step KYC wizard — starting with personal information that will be cross-referenced against Aadhaar and government records.
What Priya sees: After logging in, a prominent banner reads "Complete your identity verification to receive your B.Tech CSE credential." She taps "Start KYC" and sees a 3-step progress bar: Personal → Documents → Review. The first screen asks for her full legal name, mobile number (+91 93456 78901), date of birth, and country of birth.
